"This year's situation is unlikely to be better than last year's." Ma Jianjun, deputy general manager of Jidong Cement Marketing Management Center, expressed concern at the "50 People Forum on Cement Economy" sponsored by China Cement Network on March 14.
Ma Jianjun said that the cement industry suffered a cold winter last year, and the situation of Jidong Cement was similar to that of other enterprises, with a serious decline in revenue, profit and output.
Looking ahead to 2023, Ma Jianjun is cautiously optimistic that the demand in 2023 will be better than that in 2022, and the demand in the second half of the year will be better than that in the first half of the year, but combined with the ideas of cement enterprises in the northern region, this year's situation is not necessarily better than last year's . The main reason is that the awareness of coordination is not enough. At present, the shipments of regional enterprises have increased by 15% -20% compared with the same period last year, but the overall price level is much lower than same period last year, and the southern region may be in a similar situation.
For the development of the industry, Ma Jianjun also put forward three points of view:
First, large enterprises should not only do a good job of themselves, but also drive the surrounding enterprises to do a good job of coordination, firmly establish the concept that the industry is good, the enterprise will be good.
Second, cement enterprises should better support the work of the association, enhance the authority of the association, and at the same time, the association should also convey the voice of the enterprise to the relevant departments at higher levels.
Thirdly , according to the actual situation in the region, the work of peak staggering production should be effectively controlled and the supply should be released in an orderly manner.
