马建军表示，去年水泥行业遭遇了寒冬，冀东水泥的情况和其他企业类似，营收、利润、产量都下滑严重。
“今年的形势不见得会好于去年。”在3月14日由中国水泥网主办的“水泥经济50人论坛”上，冀东水泥营销管理中心副总经理马建军表示了担忧。
马建军表示，去年水泥行业遭遇了寒冬，冀东水泥的情况和其他企业类似，营收、利润、产量都下滑严重。
展望2023年，马建军持谨慎乐观的看法，他预计2023年需求会优于2022年，下半年需求好于上半年，但结合北方区域内各水泥企业的想法，今年的形势不见得好于去年，主要在于协同的意识不够。目前区域企业的出货量比去年同期增加了15%—20%，但总体的价格水平远低于去年同期，南方地区可能也是类似的状况。
对于行业发展，马建军也提出了三个观点：
一是大企业在做好自己的同时，更要带动周边企业做好协同，牢固树立行业好，企业才会好的理念。
二是水泥企业要更好的支持协会工作，增强协会的权威性，同时协会也要向上级有关部门传递企业声音。
三是要根据区域内实际情况，让错峰生产工作形成有效管控，让供给有序释放。
