Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Shandong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment issued the Notice on Matters Relating to the Policy of Ultra-low Emission Differentiated Electricity Price for Cement Coking Enterprises. If cement and coking enterprises fail to complete the ultra-low emission transformation on time in accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Plan for the Ultra-low Emission Transformation of the Cement Industry in Shandong Province and the Implementation Plan for the Ultra-low Emission Transformation of the Coking Industry in Shandong Province, the policy of electricity price increase shall be implemented for all the electricity purchased online.
