Recently, Hubei Economic and Credit Office issued the Announcement of Peak-Staggered Production Plan for Cement Production Enterprises in Hubei Province in 2023, which made detailed arrangements for the peak-staggered shutdown of cement enterprises in the province. The longest shutdown time of the
production line is 80 days, and the shortest shutdown time is 35 days.

In accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on Further Improving the Normalized Peak-Staggered Production of Cement (MIIT Lianyuan [2020] No.201), In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice of the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province on the Normalized Staggered Peak Production of the Cement Industry in 2023 (E Jingxin Raw Materials [2023] 11), the relevant municipal and prefectural Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, together with the Municipal and Prefectural Bureau of Ecology and Environment, have been examined and approved by the relevant municipal and prefectural UNK1. The peak staggering production plan of cement production enterprises in Hubei Province in 2023 is now announced. Relevant enterprises are invited to comply with the implementation and welcome the supervision of the public and industry organizations.
