It is reported that the design height of Hainan Center Project is 428 meters, which is the highest building currently under construction in Hainan Province. The project is located in the center of the bustling Guoxing Avenue in Haikou City. There are many vehicles passing by. Due to the tight construction cycle, high concrete strength requirements, high temperature and humidity weather in Hainan region and other factors, on-site pouring construction is extremely difficult.
In order to ensure that the performance of the special concrete can remain in the factory state after a long period of transportation, the company's technical team has carried out the design, trial and verification of the mix ratio for many times. In view of the existing raw materials in Hainan Island, the R & D team conducted in-depth discussions and demonstrations on how to control the pumping performance, self-compaction performance, mechanical properties and other technical difficulties of concrete in the process of pouring and forming, and how to ensure the effective supply of special machine-made sand, transportation and supply during the peak period of congestion, and joined the admixture plant and logistics fleet. A number of production and supply routes and a trial mix verification plan for the adaptability of admixtures have been formulated to avoid all adverse factors affecting the performance of concrete before formal pouring.
According to the on-site operators, the C70 self-compacting concrete pouring of the Hainan Center Project has created many firsts in Hainan Province: the first high-rise high-strength concrete pumping in Hainan Province, the first full-machine-made sand C70 concrete pouring in Hainan Province, and the first high-drop low-shrinkage self-compacting concrete pouring in Hainan Province.
After more than ten hours of continuous pouring, Meilan Plant of China Construction Western Construction Hunan Co., Ltd. successfully completed the first pouring task of C70 self-compacting concrete for the core tube of Haikou Central Project, which was highly recognized by the construction party. Subsequently, Meilan Plant will supply more than 30,000 cubic meters of ultra-high strength self-compacting concrete to the project as the exclusive concrete supplier.
It is reported that the Hainan Center project, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan, covers an area of 51 mu, with a total construction area of 390000 square meters and a building height of 428 meters, will "refresh" the Haikou skyline after completion, become the tallest building in Hainan, and become an important window for the construction of the domestic and international double-cycle intersection of the free trade port, which will drive the development of the whole Daying Mountain area.
