From October 31 to November 2, the 2023 Yunqi Conference was held in Hangzhou, and the innovative achievements of Huaxin Intelligent Factory were presented again, attracting many participants to visit and exchange.
At the meeting, Tang Jun, Director of Huaxin Digital Innovation Center, was invited to deliver a keynote speech entitled "Practice and Thinking of Intelligent Innovation in Traditional Industries", sharing Huaxin's digital transformation and intelligent innovation practice. He said that Huaxin's digitalization does not aim at short-term direct economic benefits. The key is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In today's comprehensive digital society, only by introducing advanced digital technology and independent innovation can enterprises achieve sustainable development.
In the industrial innovation ecological exhibition area, Huaxin demonstrated HIAC, the world's leading intelligent advanced control system for low-carbon cement manufacturing. Based on AICS, the industrial intelligent control optimization platform of Aliyun, Huaxin has built a set of intelligent advanced control system HIAC for low-carbon cement manufacturing, which successfully realizes the stable control of working conditions and the "automatic driving" of production line during large-scale environmental co-disposal, and reduces the frequency of manual participation. It further improves the coal substitution rate and quality stability. HIAC optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem of large disturbance of working conditions in the disposal process of ultra-large RDF in the production core links of "raw material grinding- clinker calcination-cement grinding". The replacement rate of coal is over 40%, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of clinker is reduced by more than 4%, and the annual carbon reduction is more than 60000 tons. The overall technology of the project has reached the international leading level and won the first prize for scientific and technological progress of building materials in 2022.
In recent years, Huaxin has actively embraced the digital transformation and promoted the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry to intelligent, green and low-carbon. Intelligent factory is one of the innovative achievements of Huaxin Cement in digital transformation. Through big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other technical means, it realizes real-time control and intelligent decision-making of cement production and operation, improves management efficiency, reduces production costs and enhances competitiveness.
