On July 11, Zhongjian West Construction New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Zhongjian New Material") successfully poured 150 meters of cast-in-place piles of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge, the key control node of Tongsujiayong High-speed Railway Pilot Project, with the help of special admixtures for marine ultra-high performance concrete. It marks a new breakthrough in the field of high-speed railway cross-sea bridge construction. After winning the bid of the
project, the East China Marketing Region of China Construction New Materials planned ahead of time to carry out the investigation of raw materials and the outsourcing testing of admixtures, focusing on the trial mixing scheme, technical service scheme and supply guarantee scheme of admixtures, and spared no effort to ensure the supply of products and provide high-quality and precise services for the project. In order to ensure the successful pouring of deep-sea cast-in-place piles at one time, the technicians of China Construction New Material Science and Technology Innovation Center went to the project site for technical guidance, during which they organized the adaptability verification of admixtures, the verification of concrete mix proportion and the pilot test of a complete set of mix proportion for many times to ensure the stability of concrete indicators.
It is reported that the Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Railway Bridge is located in Zhejiang Province, with a total length of about 29.2 kilometers. It is a landmark project on the Tongsu-Jiayong Railway, an important part of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway coastal corridor, and the longest and highest standard cross-sea railway bridge in the world.
