The announcement shows that Han Jianheshan expects to realize a net profit loss of 44 million yuan to 32 million yuan attributable to the owner of the parent company in the first half of 2023.
In the announcement, Han Jianheshan analyzed that the main reasons for the expected loss during the reporting period were: the impact of the main business: the prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) business accounted for the largest proportion of the company's operating income, and some of the company's production bases had not been supplied or delayed due to the impact of the owner's construction progress in the new orders. Therefore, there is a certain time lag in the conversion of orders into business income, and the new winning projects have not yet achieved the expected income in the half year and the fixed expenses continue to occur, resulting in the company's operating loss in the half year of 2023.
