China Railway East China Headquarters Base Project is located in Xinzhuang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai, with a total construction area of 80200 square meters, a maximum building floor of 23 floors and a maximum building height of 100 meters, which belongs to the key planning area of Xinzhuang Business District. of China Railway Service Yangtze River Delta Integration Strategy, which is deeply integrated into the development of Shanghai and Minhang District. In September

In the foundation construction stage, the construction technology of bored piles with slurry wall protection is adopted, the relative density of slurry is strictly controlled in the wall protection operation, the construction quality problems such as hole collapse are prevented, and the construction quality red line is strictly observed. The project department scientifically organized the site construction, divided the site into four zones, and carried out flow construction from the main building to the podium building as a whole. On the basis of 100% acceptance rate of engineering piles, the construction period was successfully shortened by 20 days. In the construction stage of the
main structure, the project team checked the structure, building and electromechanical model in the early stage, adopted the synchronous climbing technology of unequal height between the core tube and the outer frame to ensure that the core tube of the key line was capped first, carried out the construction of the internal electromechanical pipeline and masonry ahead of schedule, and adopted the hydraulic jacking type elevator shaft formwork system to speed up the construction. In the strengthening construction of the steel reinforced concrete column, the standardized square and round buckle strengthening system is adopted to ensure the forming effect of the concrete. Through various innovative technologies and optimization of construction methods, the construction period was shortened by nearly 45 days.
