Chen Wensheng pointed out that in the first half of the year, in the face of many unfavorable factors and challenges, the whole group company withstood the pressure and moved forward with heavy burdens, and made hard-won achievements in six aspects: Party building, reform, scientific and technological innovation, quality and efficiency improvement, risk prevention, co-construction and sharing. On behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Group, he fully affirmed the work of the leading groups at all levels of the company and expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the cadres and staff for their hard work.

Chen Wensheng pointed out that while seeing the achievements, we should also recognize the various opportunities and challenges we are facing and the shortcomings that restrict the high-quality development of enterprises. He emphasized that the more severe the situation in the industry is, the more important it is to look at the situation from a comprehensive, dialectical and long-term perspective, firmly resist risks and overcome challenges, explore deep motivation in pressure and challenges, turn crises into opportunities, and seek breakthroughs in adversity. He demanded that breakthroughs should be made in deepening reform, in innovation-driven development, in promoting quality and efficiency, in preventing and defusing risks, and in strengthening Party building. At the same time, we should deeply integrate thematic education, inspection and rectification with the group's production and operation, reform and development, and give full play to the important role of "political physical examination" in strengthening the body, so that the Party's innovative theory can take root and bear fruit in solving the difficulties and blockages of work and promoting the high-quality development of the group.
