China Railway Fourth Bureau includes a high-end building intelligent manufacturing headquarters (including supporting talent residence) and an intelligent manufacturing industry base. Among them, the headquarters of high-end intelligent building is located in Chongchuan District, consisting of an 80-meter steel landmark office building, 26 residential buildings and ancillary buildings, which will be introduced into the think tank resources of the four bureaus, integrate external R & D resources, build a green intelligent building R & D center and an intelligent bridge construction R & D center, which is a collection of office, residence and leisure. With the headquarters base as the core, the green intelligent building research and development center and the intelligent bridge construction research and development center as the support, the third-level company of China Railway will be built, and some functions of the second-level company will be undertaken at the same time. The high-end building intelligent manufacturing industrial base of China Railway Siju is mainly engaged in the R & D and manufacturing of steel structure construction engineering supporting products, bridge steel structure, marine steel structure, tooling equipment, etc., with an annual output of 200,000 tons. After the completion of the project, it will become a first-class steel structure intelligent manufacturing industry base in China, with products radiating to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

The total construction area is about 150000 square meters, including two new complex buildings, one joint factory building and supporting rooms. It is mainly engaged in R & D and manufacturing of steel structure construction engineering supporting products, bridge steel structure, marine steel structure, tooling equipment, etc. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in March 2025.
