On July 13, the 2023 Semi-annual Work Summary Conference of Yaobai Group was held as scheduled. The meeting lasted for one day and was held in the form of reports and symposiums. The meeting comprehensively reviewed and summarized the production and operation situation in the first half of the year, arranged and deployed the key work in the second half of the year, and discussed and exchanged the common problems of the whole group and the management ideas in the second half of the year. The minister of the group company, the manager of the subsidiary company and the above management cadres attended the meeting, Vice Chairman Wang Rui presided over the meeting, and Chairman and President Cao Jianshun attended the meeting and made a speech.
At the meeting, Chairman Cao Jianshun first made a Summary Report on the Work of Yaobai Group in 2023, pointing out that in the first half of the year, under the background of the prominent structural contradictions in economic development and the cliff-like decline in industry profits, all cadres and staff of the Group thoroughly implemented the general tone of the work of "working hard, not talking about low-key and pragmatic work without publicity". Adhering to the principle of stability, steady progress, overcoming difficulties and taking the initiative, the Group has made hard-won achievements in its operation and management. While summarizing the achievements, Mr. Cao pointed out that there were still six problems in the first half of the year, such as inadequate cost management and inadequate fine management, and deployed the work in the second half of the year from nine aspects, such as style construction, production and sales, safety and environmental management, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, and talent team construction. Then, Tongchuan Company and Huaxi Company shared their experiences as advanced units of cost control and profit completion. In the second half of the
meeting, Vice Chairman Wang Rui first analyzed and judged the sales market and the price trend of bulk raw materials and fuels in the second half of the year, and put forward sales and procurement strategies and measures for the second half of the year. Then, Vice Presidents Li Yongji, Lian Jie, Wang Jiujun and Liu Xiaojun arranged the production and operation work in the second half of the year, and clarified the management measures and requirements for the second half of the year. Subsequently, the participants had in-depth discussions and exchanges on six common issues, including production organization, sales management, accounts receivable and safety management. They expressed their opinions, analyzed the causes of the problems and clarified their working ideas. At the end of
the meeting, Chairman Cao Jianshun called on all management cadres to recognize the situation, enhance the sense of hardship, responsibility, management, overall situation and learning, take the initiative and take the responsibility, strengthen communication, linkage and resource sharing, give full play to collective strength, and clear up obstacles for production and operation. In accordance with the requirements of the meeting, all cadres and staff should unify their thinking, strengthen their confidence, persevere and go all out to make positive contributions to the completion of the year-round tasks and objectives, and submit a qualified answer to the Western Cement.
