Solar Energy announced on the evening of July 13 that it planned to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 6.3 billion yuan. The net amount after deducting the issuance expenses will be used for the construction of the following photovoltaic power station projects and replenishment of working capital:

2, CECEP Lincheng 260 MW photovoltaic power generation project
3, CECEP Solar Energy Jimsar County 150,000 kW "Photovoltaic + Energy Storage" Integrated Clean Energy Demonstration Project
4, CECEP Yangzhou Zhenwu 150MW Fishing-photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project
5, CECEP Guanling County Puli Changtian 100MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station Project
6, CECEP Ceheng County Biyou Yangxiang 100MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station Project
7. CECEP Ceheng County Shuangjiang Yangxiang 100MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station Project 8. Supplementary working capital.
Data show that solar energy business income is mainly composed of solar power generation and solar energy product manufacturing. In 2020, 2021, 2022 and January-March 2023, the company's solar power generation revenue was 4.056 billion yuan, 4.460 billion yuan, 4.356 billion yuan and 1.024 billion yuan, respectively. They accounted for 76.46%, 63.47%, 47.16% and 59.99% of the business income in that year, respectively. The company's solar product manufacturing revenue was 1.227 billion yuan, 2.549 billion yuan, 4.857 billion yuan and 681 million yuan respectively, accounting for 23.12%, 36.27%, 52.58% and 39.88% of the business income in that year.
