Diamond Photovoltaic announced in the evening of July 13 that Ouhao New Energy Power (Gansu) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, signed the HJT Solar Module Purchase and Sale Contract with Guangdong Zhongliang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Ouhao Electric Power intends to sell monocrystalline solar photovoltaic modules (HJT modules) to Zhongliang, Guangdong Province, with a total contract value of 348 million yuan. The specific price of the

products shall be determined by the seller and the buyer, and the specific sales quantity and price shall be separately agreed upon by the two parties according to the market price.

It is reported that this batch of HJT components will be used in Gansu Jiuquan Guazhou Power Station. Guazhou Power Station is jointly invested and constructed by China Resources Power New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. and Ouhao Group, of which China Resources Power holds 30% and Ouhao Group indirectly holds 70%.
