On March 15, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of industrial Internet pilot demonstration projects in 2022. The projects of "Triumph AGM Industrial Internet Carbon Footprint Monitoring Platform" and "Intelligent Factory of Touch Display Module Based on 5G Full Connection" recommended by China Building Material Group were selected.

"Kaisheng AGM Industrial Internet Carbon Footprint Monitoring Platform" was appraised as a pilot demonstration of industrial Internet platform + green low carbon. The platform innovates the "carbon emission management" mode, promotes the transformation of glass enterprises from "double control" of energy to "double control" of total carbon emission and intensity through the integration of digitalization and energy-saving and environmental protection business, promotes the application of energy-saving and environmental protection technology and photovoltaic new energy materials, and promotes the application of energy-saving and environmental protection technology and photovoltaic new energy materials. At the same time, we will further promote the promotion and application of new energy-saving and carbon-reducing technologies in factories and parks, such as full insulation of glass furnaces, low-temperature melting technology, batch preheating technology, low-quality waste heat utilization tec hnology, regenerative thermochemical regenerator (TCR) technology of oxy-fuel combustion glass furnaces, carbon capture, storage and utilization, to help enterprises achieve overall energy-saving effect. It saves 1600 tons of standard coal and 10% -15% of natural gas consumption annually for enterprises. The project of "Intelligent Factory of Touch Display Module Based on 5G Full Connection"
of Bengbu Guoxian Technology Co., Ltd. was appraised as a pilot demonstration of factory type. As the benchmark of national intelligent manufacturing, the display module intelligent factory uses the integration technology based on industrial field perception data to build an intelligent factory management platform which integrates workshop manufacturing execution system (MES), enterprise resource planning system (ERP), advanced scheduling system (APS) and intelligent dispatching center to realize human, machine, material and law. The equipment networking rate reached 100%, the per capita production capacity increased by 145%, the equipment utilization rate increased by 18%, the inventory turnover days decreased by 30%, and the product development cycle decreased by 42%.
The National Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration Project is a typical application of industrial Internet selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in terms of quality improvement, cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, green and safety in order to further implement the strategy of industrial Internet innovation and development, promote the integration and application of industrial Internet, and promote the high-quality development of industrial economy.
