However, in today's Huaxin factories at home and abroad, artificial intelligence (AI) technology has replaced kiln experts. AI controls raw material preparation, clinker calcination, cement grinding and other links, and the production is energy-saving and efficient.

industrial intelligence. The development of digital technology in China is becoming a new advantage for Chinese "going out" enterprises to participate in overseas competition. Behind this "cloud advantage" is a data service provider with AI technology and big data platform. Together with the "going to sea" enterprises, they will share the new achievements of China's "combination of number and reality" to all parts of the world.
Using domestic waste to replace fossil fuels to produce cement is an effective means to reduce costs, save energy and reduce carbon. Due to the large use of alternative fuels, the disturbance to cement production and quality is also large, so the kiln control must be adjusted in real time to ensure the stability of the kiln. This control process is complex, and the operation frequency of up to 5 times per second can not be completed manually for a long time.
With the popularization of cloud computing technology, Huaxin Cement has opened the road of digital transformation. Huaxin Cement and Aliyun have jointly developed an intelligent kiln operation system based on advanced control on Aliyun Industrial Control Optimization Platform. The intelligent kiln operation system can achieve self-adjustment and self-adaptation under uncertain conditions, produce stable results, and help the plant to increase the coal substitution rate (TSR) from 10% to 40%. It not only helps the plant to reduce costs, but also helps Huaxin Cement to achieve carbon reduction goals.
Huaxin Cement not only promotes the use of this system in domestic cement plants, but also brings this system overseas. The system has been put into use in Huaxin's overseas factories in Tanzania, Zambia and other countries.
