Using domestic waste to replace fossil fuels to produce cement is an effective means to reduce costs, save energy and reduce carbon. The intelligent kiln operation system can achieve self-adjustment and self-adaptation under uncertain conditions, produce stable results, and help the plant to increase the coal substitution rate (TSR) from 10% to 40%. It not only helps the plant to reduce costs, but also helps Huaxin Cement to achieve carbon reduction goals.
