Zhejiang Zhenxin Glass Technology Co., Ltd. Credit Repair

On July 12, Fuyang Branch of Ecological Environment issued a public notice

on the credit repair of Zhejiang Zhenxin Glass Technology Co., Ltd. For engaging in the production and service activities that produce waste gas containing volatile organic compounds and failing to use pollution prevention and control facilities in accordance with the regulations, the company has been administratively punished by our Bureau (Hang Huan Fu Fa [2021] No.107). Now the company applies to our Bureau for credit repair in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Management of Public Credit Repair in Zhejiang Province. After examination by

our Bureau, the company meets the credit repair conditions and intends to agree to repair its credit. In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Public Credit Repair in Zhejiang Province, it is now publicized. The publicity period is 5 working days (from July 13 to July 19, 2023). If there is any objection during the publicity period, please report it in writing to the Policy and Regulation Section of Fuyang Branch of the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment. The real name of the individual and the official seal of the unit are required.
