I. The agricultural land conversion plan and land expropriation application reported by Panzhou City are approved in principle, and 1.1334 hectares of collective agricultural land (0.0005 hectares of garden land and 1.1329 hectares of forest land) of Qingshuihe Neighborhood Committee of Baiguo Town, Panzhou City are converted into construction land and the expropriation procedures are handled.
The total approved construction land is 1.1334 hectares (1.1334 hectares of new construction land), which is provided by Panzhou Municipal People's Government in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state as the land for Tongchanggou Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Station Project in Baiguo Town, Panzhou City. Among them, photovoltaic power generation projects (including photovoltaic array) shall not occupy permanent basic farmland, ecological protection red line, and shall not carry out photovoltaic power generation projects in areas explicitly prohibited by relevant national laws, regulations, policies and relevant planning.
