China National Building Material Company Limited announced that Ms. Zhan Yanjing resigned as a shareholder representative supervisor and the chairman of the supervisory committee of the Company due to retirement. According to the relevant laws and regulations, the resignation of Ms. Zhan will not cause the number of members of the supervisory committee of the Company to fall below the statutory minimum, nor will it affect the normal operation of the supervisory committee. The Company will complete the by-election of supervisors as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations.
