11, Jiejia Weichuang announced that from July 10, 2022 to July 10, 2023, Shenzhen Jiejiawei Innovative Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries entered into daily operation contracts with JA Solar Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries for 12 consecutive months, with the accumulated contract amount of RMB4,038.8681 million (tax inclusive), accounting for 72.86% of the audited main business revenue of the Company in 2022.
From 2020 to 2022, the total sales revenue of the Company and its subsidiaries to JA Solar was RMB147.9264 million, RMB379.0301 million and RMB538.9768 million, respectively, accounting for 3.66%, 7.51% and 8.98% of the audited operating revenue of each year, respectively.
