Henan Taiyangshi Group Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Chagou Village, Gaozhuang Township, Huixian City, Henan Province, and has been transferred to Dongfang Hope Chongqing Cement Co., Ltd. located in Yanzi Village, Zhanpu Town, Fengdu County, Chongqing. Previously, according to the application for capacity replacement of the enterprise and the relevant working procedures of the implementation measures for capacity replacement in the cement industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology original [2017] No.337), our office has officially issued the announcement on the confirmation of capacity replacement transfer (Yu Gong Xin Announcement [2021] No.4) on March 17, 2021. After on-site review and confirmation by experts organized by our department, the enterprise has completed the removal of one φ4.0 × 60m rotary kiln corresponding to a general cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2000 tons approved for replacement and transfer. The above-mentioned general cement clinker production line involving the enterprise no longer has the conditions to restart and resume the production of cement clinker.
