Henan Hubo Cement Group Co., Ltd. is located in Nangu, Shuiye Town, Anyang County, Anyang City, Henan Province. At present, it has been successfully transferred to Hunan Haolong Environmental Protection Building Materials Co., Ltd. located in Siqian Village, Huomachong Town, Chenxi County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province. Prior to this, according to the application for capacity replacement of the enterprise and the requirements of relevant working procedures of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement Industry (original [2017] No.337 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), our department has officially issued the announcement on the confirmation of the transfer of cement clinker capacity replacement (Yu Gong Xin Announcement [2020] No.12) on December 11, 2020. According to the on-site review and confirmation by experts organized by our department, the enterprise has completed the removal of one φ3.2 × 50m rotary kiln corresponding to a general cement clinker production line with a daily output of 1000 tons approved for replacement and transfer. The above-mentioned general cement clinker production line involving the enterprise no longer has the conditions to restart and resume the production of cement clinker.
