3 Announcement
in relation to Henan Taiyangshi Group Cement Co., Ltd. After on-site review, it was confirmed that the main equipment of the above enterprises had been dismantled, and the production line no longer had the conditions to restart and resume the production of cement clinker.
At the same time, Jiangsu Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology announced that the acceptance team of Jiangsu Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology confirmed on the spot that the kiln bodies of four Φ3.6 × 8.5 meters JT kiln clinker production lines used by Jiangsu Jiujiu Cement Co., Ltd. for capacity replacement had been completely dismantled, and the four production lines no longer had production capacity.
It is understood that in September 2020, the Jiangsu Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a capacity replacement announcement, and Jiujiu Cement Co., Ltd., located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, closed and sold the vertical kiln clinker production line with a capacity of 500000 tons, and dismantled it within one year of the purchaser's construction project. 4 sets of 3.6 * 8.5m JT kilns are the key equipment of the closed production line.
It is reported that the list of cement clinker production lines has been released in many regions recently, and many production lines have been demolished or planned to be demolished, totaling more than 40 for new projects of capacity replacement. According to statistics, the production capacity of the dismantled and withdrawn production lines is mostly 2500t/d and below. It involves Conch, Nanfang, Qilian Mountain, Red Lion, Shangfeng and other cement enterprises.
A few days ago, the Gansu Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the List of the Current Situation of the Production Line of Cement Clinker Flat Glass in Gansu Province in 2022".
The announcement shows that as of December 31, 2022, there are 47 cement clinker production lines in Gansu Province, of which 8 production lines are to be dismantled. A
few days ago, Anhui Economic and Credit Department released the list of cement clinker production lines in 2022. The list shows that as of December 31, 2022, there are 108 cement clinker production lines in Anhui, of which 94 are in production and to be withdrawn, and 14 are withdrawn and dismantled.
On March 6, Henan Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the List of Cement Clinker and Flat Glass Production Lines in the Province in 2022". As of December 31, 2022, there were 84 cement clinker production lines in Henan Province.

Recently, Zhejiang Economic and Credit Department issued the Announcement of the List of Cement Clinker Flat Glass Production Lines in Zhejiang Province in 2022. According to the announcement, there are 45 cement clinker production lines in Zhejiang Province, of which 3 clinker production lines have been sold and 2 clinker production lines have been dismantled and built.
On February 9, Xinjiang issued the Announcement on the List of the Current Situation of Cement Clinker and Flat Glass Production Lines in Xinjiang, in which the List of Cement Clinker Production Lines announced that there were 67 cement enterprises and 75 cement rotary kilns in Xinjiang. Five clinker production lines are planned to be dismantled.
In recent years, with the increasing shortage of resources, the continuous strengthening of double control of energy consumption and the continuous promotion of the "double carbon" goal, promoting the withdrawal of backward and low-end inefficient production capacity, and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of stock production capacity have become one of the measures to achieve the goal of carbon peak.
