The two provinces in Northeast China implement 15 days of cement production in summer.

According to market feedback, Heilongjiang Cement Association recently issued the Notice on Summer Peak Staggering Production of Kiln Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, pointing out that according to the requirement of "Promoting Normal Peak Staggering Production" in the Opinions on Improving the Quality of Cement Products and Regulating the Order of Cement Market issued by seven ministries and commissions, Heilongjiang Cement Association issued the Notice on Summer Peak Staggering Production of Kiln Enterprises. In accordance with the spirit of the document "Notice on Further Improving the Normalized Staggered Peak Production of Cement" (Hei Gong Xin yuan Lian Han [2021] 25) issued jointly by the Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Ecological Environment of Heilongjiang Province, the Heilongjiang Cement Association, in accordance with the current market demand in Heilongjiang Province, discussed at the president's office meeting. Decided to implement the summer peak staggering production from July 10, 2023, and shut down the kiln for 15 days. The association will organize personnel to conduct inspections before July 15 to ensure the smooth progress of the peak staggering production.

Jilin Province also plans to implement 15 days of off-peak production in summer. Cement clinker enterprises began to implement off-peak production on June 30. Most enterprises are in the process of implementation. There are certain time differences in individual kiln lines, which can be stopped in July.
