Among them, the independent energy storage capacity of the load center is 350,000 to 700,000 kilowatts, the distribution and storage capacity of new energy power generation projects is more than 300,000 kilowatts, and other new energy storage capacity is more than 850,000 kilowatts; In 2027, the installed capacity of new energy storage power stations will reach more than 2.6 million kilowatts, of which the independent energy storage capacity of the load center will be 700,000-1.4 million kilowatts, the distribution and storage capacity of new energy power generation projects will be more than 500,000 kilowatts (including new energy independent shared energy storage), and other new energy storage capacity will be more than 1.4 million kilowatts.
The document also requires that new offshore wind power projects planned after 2022 and centralized photovoltaic power stations and onshore centralized wind power projects connected to the grid after July 1, 2023 should be equipped with new energy storage according to not less than 10% of the installed capacity of power generation and a duration of 1 hour.
