Hainan Wanning carries out self-examination and self-correction of mixing station and "looking back" law enforcement inspection

In order to further implement the work requirements of the Action Plan for Improving Environmental Air Quality in Wanning City in 2023 for 200 Days. On July 7, 2023, the Eco-environmental Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade of Wanning Bureau of Hainan Province carried out self-examination and self-correction of air pollution prevention and control at four mixing stations, including Hainan Jianlong Commodity Concrete Co., Ltd. In-depth inspection of material storage sites and workshops in enterprises found that there were some air pollution environmental problems that were not covered by materials in place. On-site law enforcement personnel guided and urged enterprises to further implement the main responsibility of air pollution prevention and control to ensure that air problems were rectified in place.

    Next, the Bureau will establish a long-term law enforcement mechanism, strengthen the law enforcement and inspection of environmental management of concrete (asphalt) mixing station enterprises, and investigate and punish enterprises that fail to meet the requirements of Hainan Provincial Technical Standards for the Application of Pre-mixed Concrete and environmental protection laws and regulations according to law, so as to ensure that Wanning City achieves the annual target of air quality improvement.
