3月16日，华润水泥控股有限公司战略发展部专业总监胡璟一行到乌海市考察，就硅基新材料项目进行调研。乌海市区域经济合作局相关人员陪同考察组赴海勃湾区、乌达区、海南区及高新技术产业开发区进行实地调研。
随后，考察组一行与市发改委，工信局，自然资源局，能源局、区域经济合作局相关负责人座谈交流，就产业规划、资源保障、优惠政策、设施配套等方面进行深入对接。
