Zhangzhou, Fujian: Two-way Linkage Inspection, Grasp the Quality Control of Ready-mixed Concrete

In order to further strengthen the quality supervision of ready-mixed concrete production enterprises in Zhangzhou, improve the quality management level of ready-mixed concrete construction, and ensure the quality and safety of construction projects in Zhangzhou, recently, the Municipal Bureau of Housing and Construction, in conjunction with relevant departments, carried out spot checks on the supervision of ready-mixed concrete production activities in the first half of 2023. The newly revised Measures for Quality Management of Ready-mixed Concrete in Fujian Province were publicized and implemented. The special action of

A total of 21 ready-mixed concrete enterprises are sampled, mainly inspecting the production site, laboratory standardization, raw material quality and the integrity of account data. The other group extends to inspect the quality of ready-mixed concrete entities of ready-mixed concrete enterprises related to construction projects under construction, focusing on concrete strength rebound detection.

: 21 ready-mixed concrete laboratories and 126 raw materials such as fly ash, cement and sand were sampled in this action, and relevant office data were checked; 48 parts of concrete entities under construction supplied by ready-mixed concrete production enterprises were randomly selected on site for rebound test of concrete strength.

According to the on-site inspection, the inspection team put forward several work requirements for the inspected enterprises:

First, establish and improve the quality and safety management system. According to the actual situation of the enterprise itself, the management system of product quality, safety production and archives should be improved, and all responsibilities should be fulfilled in the production process to ensure the quality and safety of ready-mixed concrete. The

second is to strengthen the standardized management of laboratories. According to the key points of laboratory quality control and the demonstration atlas of laboratory standards, we should check and fill in the gaps in the standard tables, upgrade and improve the laboratory equipment according to the requirements of the new quality standards, conscientiously implement the new standards into the actual production, and ensure the quality of ready-mixed concrete products. inspect the standardization construction of

laboratories, the management of special transport vehicles should be strengthened. Establish standardized vehicle management system and account, implement special personnel responsible for safety management, improve safety education and training system, and do a good job of vehicle factory safety inspection.
