On June 18, the kiln preheater of Uzbekistan Samarkand 7500TPD clinker cement production line project, which was jointly contracted by AVIC International Beijing Company and Jiangsu Hengyuan International Engineering Company, was successfully capped.
The Uzi project is a landmark project for Beijing Company to deeply cultivate the national market of Uzbekistan. The project was officially launched in early 2022. At that time, the COVID-19 epidemic was in a period of high incidence in the world. The pressure of epidemic prevention was high, the price of materials was rising, and the logistics of materials was blocked. Many difficulties caused great resistance to the contract execution and project construction. In order to cope with the unfavorable situation, Beijing Company coordinated various forces to ensure the steady progress of the project construction, and successfully completed the landmark work of capping the preheater at the kiln tail on June 18 this year. The kiln inlet preheater capped this time is a double-series six-stage preheater with a height of 138.6 meters, which is the highest building in the plant area. The equipment body weighs 900 tons, the largest part of the frame structure weighs more than 16 tons, and the total consumption of all kinds of steel is 2200 tons. The capping of
kiln preheater means that the project construction has reached the final sprint stage, and it is also a solid step towards the goal of putting the project into operation. Beijing Company and Germany Humboldt (KHD) continue to race against time to grasp the progress, meticulously strengthen quality and ensure safety, so as to ensure the smooth achievement of the goal of ignition production.
