Wu Chen, Member of the Party Committee of the Yangtze River Bureau of Anhui Province, Investigates the Management of Sand Mining at the Border of Jiangxi and Anhui Provinces in the Yangtze River

From March 10 to 11, Wu Chen, member of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and deputy director of the Yangtze River Bureau of Anhui Province, went to Wangjiang and Susong in Anqing to investigate and guide the management of sand mining at the border between Jiangxi and Anhui provinces in the Yangtze River.

Wu Chen and his delegation inspected the on-duty situation of the three provincial sand mining management brigades and the Yangtze River sand mining law enforcement base in Susong County, listened to the work report of the three sand mining management brigades, and held a working discussion with the Jiangxi and Anhui brigades of the Yangtze River Commission.

Wu Chen pointed out that we should adhere to civil air defense + technical defense, accurately crack down on illegal sand mining, and fully implement the responsibility of sand mining management and supervision. Local sand mining management departments and sand mining management brigades should strictly implement the requirements of provincial departments to ensure that the situation of sand mining management in the Yangtze River is stable and good during the two sessions in 2023.

Wu Chen emphasized that first, we should improve our political standing, deepen our ideological understanding and enhance our responsibilities; second, we should strengthen the management of law enforcement teams, refine our work objectives, consolidate our work responsibilities and enhance our work efficiency; Thirdly, we should constantly strengthen the construction of Party conduct and clean government, establish an image and prevent and resolve major risks, and strive to forge a loyal, clean and responsible law enforcement team for sand mining management; fourthly, we should strengthen the cooperation and linkage of departments, always maintain a high-pressure and severe situation, and severely crack down on illegal sand mining; fifthly, we should strengthen publicity and reporting, and create a good legal atmosphere and social environment for sand mining management.
