The mining area is located in the direction of 110 ° in the southeast of the urban area of Fengkai County, Guangdong Province, with a straight distance of about 16 km. It is under the jurisdiction of Xinghua Town and Luodong Town of Fengkai County. The mining area covers an area of 1.776 square kilometers. The transfer period is 26 years (including 1 year of capital construction period and 0.5 year of pit closure and treatment period). The mining ore is granite for decoration. The resources of granite ore for decoration are 20772, 5000 cubic meters, 82.466 million cubic meters of waste, and 67.952 million cubic meters of granite ore for construction.
According to the energy-saving report, the project should strictly implement the energy-saving measures of the energy-saving report in accordance with the industry standards and norms, give priority to the selection of products and equipment with leading energy efficiency standards, include energy efficiency indicators as important technical indicators in equipment bidding documents and procurement contracts, and not use backward technology and equipment prohibited and eliminated by the state. According to the Guidelines for Energy Management System Requirements and Use (GB/T 23331-2020), the Guidelines for Energy Management in Industrial Enterprises (GB/T 15587-2008), and the General Principles for the Equipping and Management of Energy Metering Instruments in Energy-using Units (GB 17167), the energy management system will be improved and energy metering instruments will be equipped. In addition, after the project is completed and put into operation, the annual comprehensive energy consumption is not higher than 45680 tons of standard coal (equivalent value), of which the annual power consumption is not higher than 238.99 million kWh, and the diesel consumption is not higher than 11107 tons; The energy consumption per unit product of the project mining is not higher than 7.60 tons of standard coal/10,000 tons, the energy consumption per unit product of aggregate processing is not higher than 9.28 tons of standard coal/10,000 tons, and the energy consumption per unit product of washed sand is not higher than 7.02 tons of standard coal/10,000 tons. Within two years from the date of issuance, if the project has not started construction, the review opinions will automatically become invalid.
