The Waking of Insects, the land of Sanxiang gradually warmed up. At the construction site of Zishui Bridge at Malukou, the seventh contract section of Guanxin Expressway, more than 40 construction and management personnel and several mechanical equipment are carrying out the erection of the main bridge deck. Overlooking the Zijiang River under the bridge, a small boat carrying three "passengers"-two concrete tankers and a stone truck, came slowly towards the bridge.
"Land and water transport is the normal construction of the bridge, and the biggest difficulty faced by the construction is the water transport capacity." Liang Yipeng, deputy chief engineer of the seventh contract section, said that because the Zishui Bridge at Malukou is located in Xuefeng Lake National Wetland Park and is affected by Zhexi Dam, building materials can not be transported in large quantities by kiloton ships.
Malukou Zishui Bridge, with a total length of 1187 meters, is a key control project of Guanxin Expressway and the longest span steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge in Hunan Province. The main bridge is expected to be closed by the end of July. Liang Yipeng touched the ground with his feet: "The bridge deck we see now, under normal construction environment, the steel beam can be prefabricated and assembled first, and then transported to the bridge construction site by ship for integral hoisting.". But here, the problem is not hoisting, but transportation. If the size and weight of the pre-assembled finished products are too large, the ship can not be loaded, but can not be transported to the site by water.
In this case, the project department changed its strategy and adopted on-site assembly technology for the superstructure of the bridge. For a section of steel-concrete composite beam, only the segmented steel beam and prefabricated bridge deck need to be transported by ship to the site like "building blocks". The seventh contract section is equipped with two cargo ships, only relying on these "brothers", the builders use the way of "building blocks" to simplify the task. Huangshajie Tunnel of the eighth contract section, about 2 kilometers
away from Zishui Bridge at Malukou, is another control project of Guanxin Expressway. Outside the entrance of the tunnel, a staff member skillfully operated the computer, showing several photos of the tunnel on the screen, with several sets of analysis data attached to one side of the photos. "This is a picture taken by front-line workers in the tunnel ten seconds ago." The staff pointed to the screen and said, "We take photos and upload the system through the front, and the background converts the two-dimensional image into three-dimensional data, and generates the effect map, which can better guide the tunnel excavation work." There are 11 fault fracture zones in the tunnel site
of Huangshajie Tunnel, with complex geological structure and local water gushing and water inrush. "Tunnel construction is most afraid of complex geological conditions." Yang Jie, the technical director of the project, said that after repeated research and tests, the technicians effectively controlled the rock mass in the fracture zone in advance by means of advanced geological exploration, combination of long and short bolts and advanced small pipes.
Guanzhuang-Xinhua Expressway is an important part of Hohhot-Beihai Expressway, with a total length of nearly 77 kilometers. As one of the opening projects in Hunan this year, by the end of February, 93% of the bridge works of Guanxin Expressway had been completed, 97.2% of the tunnel works had been completed, and 30% of the pavement subbase had been completed.
