The reporter learned from the public information of Yiwu municipal government that in order to strengthen the quality management of ready-mixed commercial concrete (hereinafter referred to as commercial concrete) in construction projects and improve the quality level of the project, according to the "Three-color Evaluation Method for the Quality of Ready-mixed Commercial Concrete in Yiwu City" (Yiwu Construction Bureau [2021] 169), a few days ago, the quality of ready-mixed commercial concrete in Yiwu City was evaluated. Yiwu Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau organized a special inspection and assessment of commercial concrete quality in the second quarter of 2023.
The assessment focused on the quality of commercial concrete mixture, entity quality, information management and other contents. The delivery site of commercial concrete was inspected for 55 times, the slump and aggregate quality were randomly inspected for 55 times, and 110 groups of standard curing test blocks were manufactured and tested; in combination with the quality inspection, quality inspection, inspection review, inspection tracking, etc., the physical items were randomly inspected for 107 times, the rebound strength of 903 physical components in the ten test areas and the rebound strength of 2902 in the single test area were randomly tested.
Recently, the results of the assessment were announced. According to the inspection results, the quality of commercial concrete supplied to Yiwu is stable and controllable as a whole, but there are also management loopholes in individual commercial concrete enterprises, mainly in product quality control and entity quality control.
Product quality control. Jinhua Longding Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. and Yiwu Zhanfeng Concrete Co., Ltd. failed to meet the requirements for the strength of 28-day standard curing test blocks. Dongyang Beijiang Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Yiwu High-tech Zone Building Material Technology Co., Ltd., Jinhua Longding Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Jinhua Shengtai Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., and Jinhua Tiansheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. have an unloading time of more than 1.5 hours.
Entity quality control. Yiwu Jinxia Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Rongheng Concrete Co., Ltd., Yiwu Jianheng Building Materials Co., Ltd., Jinhua Jiangchen Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Yiwu Shengtong New Building Materials Co., Ltd., Dongyang Pengxiang Building Materials Co., Ltd., Jinhua Ruicheng Commodity Concrete Co., Ltd., Jinhua Shengtai Commodity Concrete Co., Ltd., Yiwu Commodity Concrete Co., Ltd.
Among them, Yiwu Jinxia Commodity Concrete Co., Ltd. has serious quality problems. Dongyang Beijiang Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Jinhua Longding Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. and Jinhua Shengtai Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. failed to meet the standards in two inspections respectively.
Compared with the evaluation results in the first quarter of 2023, the reporter found that. Yiwu High-tech Zone Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Jinhua Shengtai Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Dongyang Beijiang Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Jinhua Longding Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Rongheng Concrete Co., Ltd., Jinhua Ruicheng Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd., Jinhua Yonghao Building Materials Co., Ltd., Yiwu Jianheng Building Materials Co., Ltd., Ten companies, such as Yiwu Jinxia Commodity Concrete Co., Ltd. and Dongyang Pengxiang Building Materials Co., Ltd., have been "named" for two consecutive quarters.
