On July 6, Xiang Jihong, deputy director of the Sand Mining Management Department of the River and Lake Bureau of the Yangtze River Commission, and his delegation, accompanied by the relevant leaders of the Water Resources Department of Hubei Province, carried out law enforcement inspection on the centralized berthing management of sand mining vessels in the main stream of the Yangtze River in Huangshi City, accompanied by Yang Han, member of the Party Group and deputy director of the Municipal Water Resources and Lake Bureau. Through video surveillance, on-site review and access to information, the

inspection team comprehensively inspected the management of sand dredgers in the main stream of the Yangtze River during the prohibition of mining in Huangshi section of the Yangtze River, focusing on the number of centralized berthing points, system construction, publicity of berthing points, the number of sand dredgers and whether there are "three nothingness" ships and invisible sand dredgers in Huangshi City.

The inspection team affirmed the effectiveness of the centralized berthing management of sand dredgers in Huangshi City, emphasizing the need to further optimize the linkage of departments, digital empowerment, compaction of regulatory responsibilities, and strengthen safety management to ensure that no accidents of safety responsibility and violations of laws and regulations occur during the prohibition period.
