Provincial supervision spot check, 14 batches of building toughened glass products are not qualified

Recently, Shaanxi Provincial Market Supervision and Administration has organized provincial supervision and spot checks on the quality of eight kinds of products, such as tempered glass for construction. The specific results of spot checks are as follows. The products of this

spot check are 8 kinds of products, including toughened glass for construction, aluminium alloy building profiles, machine-made sand, sand and stone (gravel for construction), solid wood flooring, solid wood composite flooring, impregnated paper laminated wood flooring, soft furniture (brown fiber elastic mattress). A total of 166 batches of products produced by 146 enterprises were sampled and inspected, and 31 batches of unqualified products were found, including 14 batches of tempered glass for construction, 1 batch of aluminium alloy building profiles, 1 batch of machine-made sand, 6 batches of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring and 9 batches of soft furniture (brown fiber elastic mattress).

This time, 40 batches of products produced by 40 enterprises in Xi'an, Baoji, Xianyang, Weinan, Yan'an, Yulin, Hanzhong, Ankang, Hancheng and other areas were sampled, and 14 batches of unqualified products were found, with an unqualified rate of 35%. Three items, including thickness, surface stress and fragment state, were tested. All items are unqualified. According to the analysis of the technical organization, the main reasons for the disqualification are as follows: firstly, some enterprises use unqualified raw materials in order to reduce the unit price and enhance the market competitiveness; secondly, the quality control of the enterprises in the production process is not strict.
