Jingao Technology Joins China's "Green Power 100%" Initiative

On July 7, Jingao official announced that it had joined China's "Green Power 100%" initiative.

On June 30, China's "Green Power 100%" initiative (GE 100%) was officially launched in Beijing, and Jingao Technology, Goldwind Zero Carbon, Millet and Hema became the first supporting units.

GE 100% is jointly sponsored by the Industrial Carbon Efficiency Committee of China Industrial Energy Conservation and Cleaner Production Association, the Institute of Climate Change and Sustainable Development of Tsinghua University and the 2060 Zero Carbon Enterprise Action Initiative, aiming at promoting the extensive use of renewable energy and contributing to China's carbon neutrality goal. The three major directions of the initiative are to encourage the disclosure of information on the proportion of renewable electricity use, to promote more terminal scenarios to participate in renewable electricity consumption, and to enable more enterprises to achieve 100% use of renewable electricity by 2050.

In the near future, GE 100% will work with supporting units to compile the standard of "green power indirect absorption certification", establish the certification mechanism of green power absorption in terminal scenarios, explore the mode of "green power group purchase", and develop 100% product or service labels using green power, so as to provide assistance for more enterprises and scenarios to participate in green power absorption, so as to promote green power consumption. Jointly promote the development of renewable energy and help enterprises achieve the goal of zero carbon.
