On March 16, at the "2023 China Cement Industry Summit" hosted by China Cement Network, Li Chunping, Vice General Manager of Red Lion Environmental Protection, gave a wonderful video speech on the theme of "Fine Operation of Hazardous Waste Co-disposal in Cement Kilns".
It is understood that after 2014, the number and scale of co-disposal of cement kilns in China have increased explosively. Among them, hazardous waste disposal shows the characteristics that the scale of disposal is larger than scale of production, and the volume and price are both falling. Faced with this situation, Li Chunping said that if the industry wants to change the crisis into business opportunities, it needs to improve its internal strength, and make the collaborative disposal more refined, more detailed and stronger, which is the key point to improve the efficiency.
As for how to improve the fine operation of hazardous waste technology, Li Chunping believes that the standard should be thoroughly understood first. For example, there are different standards and limits for heavy metals in cement production. Secondly, cement enterprises can match materials at different levels according to their actual situation, improve the fine operation of equipment management, and control the safety of the whole process.
