2023, the prices of major building materials in Wuhan were divided from May. Among them, rebar rose by about 4%, copper and wire and cable rose by about 2%, aluminium ingots rose by about 1%, gasoline and assembly PC components were flat, cement fell by about 5%, machine-made sand and gravel fell by about 3%, and other materials fell by about 1%.
The details are as follows:
Sand and gravel: the price of machine-made sand is about 123 yuan/cubic meter, the price of natural sand is about 212 yuan/cubic meter, and the price of gravel is about 153 yuan/cubic meter, which is about 2 yuan/cubic meter, 7 yuan/cubic meter and 4 yuan/cubic meter respectively compared with May 2023. Decreased by about 1.60%, 3.15% and 2.69% respectively; compared with June last year, it decreased by about RMB12/m3, RMB21/m3 and RMB23/m3 respectively, with a decrease of about 8.89%, 8.85% and 12.91% respectively.
Cement: The price of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement in bulk is about 390 yuan/ton, which is about 20 yuan/ton lower than that in May 2023, or about 5.06% lower than that in May 2023, and about 31 yuan/ton lower than that in June last year, or about 7.41% lower than that in June last year.
Commercial concrete: the price of ordinary C30 concrete is about CNY 457/m3, which is about CNY 6/m3 lower than that in May 2023, or about 1.30% lower than that in June 2023, and is about CNY 19/m3 lower than that in June last year, or about 3.99% lower than that in June last year.
Steel products: the price of hot-rolled Grade III rebar is about 3969 yuan/ton, which is about 154 yuan/ton higher than that in May 2023, with an increase of about 4.02%, and about 480 yuan/ton lower than that in June last year, with a decrease of about 10.80%.
Asphalt concrete: the price of fine grain AC-13 asphalt concrete is about 1264 yuan/m3, which is about 10 yuan/m3 lower than that in May 2023, or about 0.78% lower than that in May 2023, and about 100 yuan/m3 lower than that in June last year, or about 7.33% lower than that in June last year.
Ready-mixed mortar: the price of DMM7.5 dry-mixed masonry mortar in bulk is about 319 yuan/ton, which is about 4 yuan/ton lower than that in May 2023, or about 1.24% lower than that in May 2023, and about 15 yuan/ton lower than that in June last year, or about 4.49% lower than that in June last year.
Gasoline: The wholesale price of No.92 gasoline is about 7770 yuan/ton, which is the same as that in May 2023, and is about 1420 yuan/ton lower than that in June last year, with a decrease of about 15.45%.
Prefabricated PC components: the price of prefabricated solid shear wall external wallboard is about 3412 yuan/m3, which is about 4 yuan/m3 lower than that in May 2023, or about 0.12% lower than that in June 2023, and about 153 yuan/m3 lower than that in June last year, or about 4.29% lower than that in June last year.
