equipment condition monitoring and equipment diagnosis system, problems and hidden dangers of equipment can be found in time, and predictive maintenance and inspection can be carried out in advance to ensure the continuity and stability of production, further improve the quality of operation and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises;
Through the factory logistics intelligent management system, bulk cement self-service loading system and bagged automatic loading system, the customer experience effect is improved, and the potential safety and occupational health hazards caused by human operation are effectively avoided;
Through digital empowerment and the overall improvement of safety and environmental management level, the energy consumption level of Linli Company has been continuously reduced, and it has successfully passed the evaluation of the first-class enterprise of national safety production standardization, becoming the first carbon emission benchmarking enterprise in the cement industry of Hunan Province, and has been selected as the A-level enterprise of environmental protection performance (only two in Hunan Province).

Its digital mine project takes the mine system as the prototype, the geographical coordinates as the reference system, the mining science and technology, information science, artificial intelligence and computing science as the theoretical basis, and the high-tech mine observation and network technology as the support. A digital mine integrated system consisting of "a data center + mining and blending platform + three-dimensional visualization management and control platform + intelligent management and control platform" has been built.
