March 15, the "2023 China Cement Industry Summit" hosted by China Cement Network was successfully held. Hu Zhenlin, Director of Operations of Xinjinshan in Zaozhuang, gave a brilliant speech on the theme of "New Ideas for Upgrading Crushers in Cement Enterprises and Extending Sand and Stone Sectors".
Hu Zhenlin said that the cement industry requires limestone particle size to be less than or equal to 45 mm, while the traditional aggregate production line produces too many finished aggregate particles, with high energy consumption and high operating costs, resulting in lower profits for enterprises. Xinjinshan creates a "one machine for two purposes, two lines for both" process for cement enterprises, embedding the aggregate line into the cement production line of cement plants, improving production efficiency, controlling operating costs, and helping cement enterprises to build a short process, low energy consumption and high quality aggregate production line.
