Overall situation: the price of cement is stable and falling; the overall price of steel is rising slightly; the prices of wood, glass and key civil explosives are stable.
1. Price

Compared with the previous period, the prices of the eight key varieties monitored were "2 down and 6 flat", the prices of Gaoxin 42.5 (strength) dropped by 0.99%, Changdu Gaozheng 42.5 (strength) dropped by 3.51%, and the prices of Gaozheng Building Materials 42.5 (strength) and Huaxin 42.5 (strength) cement were flat; Changdu Gaozheng 32.5 (strength), Gaoxin 32.5 (strength), Huaxin 32.5 (strength) and Gaozheng Building Material 32.5 (strength) cement all stopped production. Compared with the same period last year, the price of "3 rises, 1 falls and 4 levels", Huaxin 42.5 (strength) rises by 18%, Changdu Gaozheng 42.5 (strength) rises by 9.06%, Gaoxin 42.5 (strength) rises by 14.1%; Gaozheng building materials 42.5 (strength) falls by 1.75%; Changdu Gaozheng 32.5 (strength), Gaoxin 32.5 (strength), Huaxin 32.5 (strength) and Gaozheng Building Material 32.5 (strength) cement all stopped production.
2. Retail price of cement. Compared with the previous period, the retail price of Lhasa Cement 42.5 (strength) was flat, and the sales of Lhasa Cement 32.5 (strength) were suspended. Compared with the same period last year, the price was "1 down and 1 flat", the retail price of Lhasa Cement 42.5 (strength) dropped by 1.10%, and Lhasa Cement 32.5 (strength) was suspended.
3. Steel price. Compared with the previous period, the prices of the eight varieties monitored were "7 up and 1 flat", the prices of round steel (Φ18mm, Q235) rose by 1.11%, the prices of threaded steel (Φ12, HRB400E) rose by 5.62%, and the prices of threaded steel (Φ20, HRB400E) increased by 5.88%, wire rod (6.5, HPB300) increased by 6.67%, hot-rolled medium plate (20, Q235) increased by 6.38%, hot-rolled coil (4.75, Q235B) increased by 6.67%, galvanized pipe (100, Q235) increased by 4.20%, and cold-rolled coil (1mm) was suspended. Compared with the previous period, the prices of the eight varieties monitored were "flat as a whole", and the prices of first-class medium timber, second-class medium timber, first-class thick timber, second-class thick timber, first-class medium timber, second-class medium timber, first-class thin timber and second-class thin timber were flat.
