Yang Peisen introduced the hot carbon catalytic reduction composite denitrification technology and the tail-end super purification technology (ACCR). He said that hot carbon catalytic reduction composite denitrification technology is a denitrification technology that uses hot carbon (catalyst acceleration) to capture oxygen from nitrogen oxides in a lean oxygen environment to achieve the purpose of denitrification. More than 90% of NOx generated in the kiln is removed by hot carbon reduction.

The tail end ultrapurification adsorbs and condenses the residual SO2 , NO2 , particulate matter and NH3 in the flue gas through physical and chemical methods, Self-sustaining one-step denitrification technology for collection and recycling.

Thermal carbon catalytic reduction composite denitration technology + tail-end super purification (ACCR). On the basis of front-end treatment, the tail-end ultra-purification equipment can reduce NOx by 20%, SO2 by 80% and ammonia escape by more than 99%, which can fully meet the requirements of ultra-low emission targets. The operating cost is only increased by about 1 yuan/ton of clinker , leaving room for meeting more stringent environmental requirements in the future.
