Qiao Longde said that in the face of the current difficulties in the cement industry, enterprises should have strong confidence, but confidence comes from themselves, from correct thinking, correct judgment and correct response. Cement industry enterprises should grasp the general trend of economic development and correspond to the breakthrough point of their own development.

Under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the people of the whole country have earnestly studied and implemented Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and building China into a strong socialist modernization country with unity, democracy, civilization, harmony and beauty has become the main theme of China's economic and social development. New development concepts and high-quality development have become the common voice of promoting new development. In the new direction of development, how to build up confidence and find a breakthrough point for development is what we all expect. In the previous paragraph, I wrote an article on correctly understanding the significance of double carbon and further advancing towards the goal around the implementation and realization of double carbon. Today, I will talk about the four main concepts of the article. At the same time, I will make three comments on how to build up confidence and find a breakthrough point in the light of the theme of this summit.

First, let's talk about the four viewpoints of double carbon.

Unscientific utilization and excessive utilization will have an impact on human survival and quality of life, and even pose a threat to human survival. Therefore, the promotion of double carbon is the necessity of self-control, self-protection and development after the progress of human society to a certain extent.

(2) The promotion of the dual-carbon strategic goal has changed the traditional tactical strategy of energy conservation and emission reduction for many years, and has strategically and essentially changed the energy structure, the way of energy production, the mode of energy consumption and the industrial structure. Starting from the fundamental and key points of changing the way of life with energy, we should rely on new science and technology to open up new energy sources, clean energy sources, light energy sources, hydrogen energy sources, photovoltaic energy sources, silicon energy sources, renewable energy sources, replace energy sources, change the energy structure that relies solely on fossil fuels, reduce industries and products with high energy consumption, change the way of life, and change the structure of life with energy. It can be said that it is a new challenge to nature from new technology and knowledge.

(3) We should grasp the different tasks and paths in the two different stages before and after the peak. The overall strategic goal is moving towards the goal of double carbon, but before reaching the peak, we should not only reduce carbon comprehensively, but also increase the total amount of carbon with the development of economy, especially the development of new demand in many new fields. In this period, we should rely on the adjustment of industrial structure, the change of energy consumption structure and mode, and make carbon increase and decrease in common progress; After the peak, with the overall progress of science and technology, the change of production mode, energy consumption structure and lifestyle, the carbon emitted by human production activities is equal to the carbon dioxide absorbed and disposed by people's production and life, so as to achieve the harmony between man and nature.

(4) Everyone is responsible for and participates in the realization of double carbon, but since it is a systematic project, it must be planned in a unified way and promoted jointly. That is to say, the energy conservation and emission reduction that can be carried out today should be promoted by all enterprises. As for marching to a higher level, from technological breakthroughs, alternative energy sources, changing the way of energy use, adjusting the industrial structure and so on, it is necessary for relevant departments and industries to formulate unified planning and standards, and organize all links of the industrial chain to jointly promote innovation. Only by changing the traditional practice of fighting alone can we achieve the goal of double carbon.

first, strong confidence.". Where does confidence come from and where does the breakthrough begin? To this end, we need to break through the general way of thinking. When we talk about whether we have confidence, we always talk about the external situation, and then put the root of the problem in the external environment is not good, the macro-adjustment situation is not good, the competitors are not good, and we do not talk about whether our own adaptability has improved? Does our innovation keep up with the changes of the times? In other words, it is impossible for the objective to move closer to us according to our needs, and even if it is necessary for the objective to move closer to our advantages, it can only be achieved after we can make logical corresponding measures. In a word, confidence comes from oneself, from correct thinking, correct judgment and correct coping methods.

Second, how to grasp the general trend of economic development and correspond to the breakthrough point of its own development. The concept and main theme of

China's economic development mainly reflect the three main themes under the guidance of the new development concept and high-quality development:

First, we should persist in relying on scientific and technological innovation to drive the economic development of the whole society, and use high-tech to drive and replace the traditional development mode with investment and scale as the main body. This has ended the development mode with the goal of increment and turned to high quality development;

Second, we should adhere to green and low-carbon development, achieve the goal of double carbon, integrate social and economic development with environmental friendliness, change the energy structure, change the mode of production, change the mode of energy consumption and the mode of emission after the use of energy, and make high-quality development supported by a beautiful environment and the overall improvement of people's quality of life;

Third, we should persist in promoting informatization, networking, intellectualization and digitalization.
