The content of the Announcement is that Zhangqiu Huaming Cement Co., Ltd. plans to build a φ4.0 * 13 m mill with an annual capacity of 1.1 million tons; Shandong Lianshan Cement Co., Ltd. plans to build a φ3.8 * 13 m mill with an annual capacity of 900,000 tons.
