Strive to find a new way of high-quality development. Second, we should deepen the reform, further reduce the management level, actively implement the reform of the super-ministry system in factories, improve work efficiency, and promote the reform of the three systems with greater determination and strength to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. Third, we should focus on risk prevention, base ourselves on functional orientation, focus on the main business, gradually reduce trade business, avoid "hard landing" and strictly guard against trade business risks. Fourth, we should strive for the fourth quarter, focus on the objectives and tasks of the whole year, coordinate development and security, strengthen confidence, work hard, and do our best to strive for the best results.
