参观过程中，观摩团深入丰都水泥“国家级绿色工厂”厂区，不时被优美的工作环境所吸引驻足拍照，纷纷称赞丰都水泥是名副其实的“花园式工厂”。丰都水泥是国内第一家在5000吨窑线成功实施预热器“5改6”改造的企业，为行业节能减排工作打开了新思路，得到了业内人士的广泛关注和高度认可。在听取了项目改造成果的介绍后，观摩团对公司在市场环境低迷的情况下勇做“吃螃蟹的第一人”，大胆开展技术革新，创造节能和环保竞争优势的做法予以高度评价。
