In order to implement the spirit of documents such as the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No.2021), prevent fraud and standardize the construction of photovoltaic rolled glass projects, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) issued the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement Glass Industry, referring to The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Development and Reform Commission entrusted China International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. to organize a hearing on the photovoltaic glass production line project of Follett (Guangxi) Light Energy Co., Ltd. and Beihai Yijun Yaoneng New Materials Co., Ltd. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. The hearing matters
are related to the construction necessity, technological advancement, energy consumption level of the photovoltaic rolled glass project (see Annex 1-2 for details) of Flat (Guangxi) Solar Energy Co., Ltd. and Beihai Yijun Yaoneng New Materials Co., Ltd. We will listen to opinions and suggestions from all sides on the level of environmental protection and market prospects.
