On the digital automatic bagged loading line, the driver only needs to park the car in the loading area, identify the information and quantity of the loaded goods by scanning the code, and after confirming the correctness, the system will identify the characteristics of the vehicle type, vehicle location, vehicle length and other size structures through 3D laser radar, with the help of the built-in palletizing algorithm and laser guidance module. The system can automatically identify and provide the best palletizing scheme. Then, through the guidance of bag insertion and packaging machine, after packaging, transshipment and checking the quantity according to the order quantity, the automatic loading is finally realized through the precise grasping and palletizing of the manipulator.
In fact, in the previous bagging process, the workshop was always accompanied by high temperature, dust, and a lot of physical exertion of personnel.
Previously, a bagged cement loader carried an average of more than 3200 bags of cement a day, with a total weight of more than 160 tons. In the process of handling, the bagged cement needs to be manually handled from the stacking point to the truck hopper and the stacking method is reasonably arranged. If the stacking is not reasonable, the order quantity cannot be accommodated, which not only wastes the space, but also reduces the loading efficiency.
Nowadays, after the digital automatic bagged cement loading line is put into operation, it not only reduces a lot of handling work, but also avoids dust and cement loss in the loading process, and reduces the harm of high temperature and dust to employees; Digital and intelligent control greatly improves the loading efficiency and space utilization, from 50 tons per hour to 80 tons per hour, and the loading efficiency is increased by 60%.
In the transformation of digital automatic bagged cement loading, front-line employees have also achieved the "upgrade" of their jobs-from heavy manual workers to equipment supervisors and managers, the working environment is more comfortable, and the workload is reduced. In addition, after the new loading line is put into operation, the risk of employees'operation is greatly reduced, and employees are no longer required to operate busily in the loading area, thus avoiding potential mechanical accidents.
