On May 31, 2021, the website of the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Anhui Province published the Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Plan for the Construction Project of the Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 4,000 Tons of Xiaoxian Conch Cement Co., Ltd. Due to the limitation of coal consumption index, the project will not continue to advance. According to the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No.2021), after the application of Xiaoxian Conch Cement Co., Ltd. The capacity replacement plan for the construction project of the cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons of Xiaoxian Conch Cement Co., Ltd. is now cancelled.
