On July 7, the participants of the "2023 China Cement Energy Conservation and New Energy Development Conference" came to the Oriental Hope Chongqing Cement , which stands on the bank of the Yangtze River, and jointly visited and studied this model enterprise which has made outstanding contributions to the green and high-quality development of the cement industry.
As a traditional manufacturing enterprise, Dongfang hopes that Chongqing Cement will be very "special". Since its establishment, the company has been adhering to the concept of green sustainable development of Chairman Liu Yongxing of the Group, and has changed people's traditional understanding of cement plants through continuous energy-saving and environmental protection technology transformation.
The participants collectively visited the preheater "5 to 6 projects", the shipping terminal and the PC component project. According to the person in charge of Dongfang Hope Chongqing Cement Production Technology, in September 2022, Dongfang Hope Chongqing Cement Line 3 "5 to 6" project was completed, and in April this year, Line 2 "5 to 6" project was also completed. After the completion of the transformation, Dongfang hopes that the energy consumption index per ton of cement clinker in Chongqing will decrease significantly, and the overall energy consumption level will be in the forefront of the industry.
Dongfang Hope Chongqing Cement PC Component Project covers an area of about 180 mu, with a total investment of 100 million yuan, with an annual output of 225000 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs and 75000 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The project uses the company's own sandstone, cement, waste heat steam and other resources for integrated production, and adopts standardized, mechanized and intelligent processing and production. Compared with the large amount of dust, noise and other pollutants produced in the production of traditional sintered shale bricks, the company's PC component project has a significant effect on environmental protection and energy saving.
At present, the downward trend of cement demand is prominent, energy prices remain high, costs remain high for a long time, and profit compression has become the norm. Improving energy efficiency and reducing cost pressure have become the key points for cement enterprises to enhance their comprehensive strength and market competitiveness. Dongfang hopes that Chongqing Cement will implement the concept of environmental protection in all aspects of production and operation, pointing out the direction for the green and high-quality development of the whole industry. visit, all the participants highly appreciated and recognized the excellent performance of Oriental Hope Chongqing Cement. At the same time, he said that he would bring the advanced experience and strategy of Dongfang Hope Chongqing Cement back to his company through this study, and combine it with his unit to jointly promote the green and healthy development of China's cement industry.
