According to the announcement, the bidding project is located in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Hotan Prefecture and Luopu County. The project is divided into two bidding sections . The bidding scope of the first bid is monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules. The total estimated capacity is 641.2692MW . It should be noted that the tender requires that the nominal power of the single-sided photovoltaic module (front) is 550 W , the power of the back is not included in the power of the single module, the voltage of the photovoltaic system is applicable to 1500 V, and the positive deviation is 0-5 W. The cable length of the junction box is 400 mm for the positive pole and 200 mm for the negative pole. In addition, each bid section is evaluated separately, and each bidder can only win one bid section at most, and can not win both. And in the same bid section, if the bidder with the highest comprehensive ranking is not recommended as the first successful candidate in this bid section or other bid sections, the bidder with the lowest ranking shall not be recommended as the first successful candidate in this bid section. Except for the adjustment of the first successful candidate due to the above principles, the other successful candidates are still recommended in the order of comprehensive ranking. The bid evaluation committee shall recommend the successful candidate according to the above principles.
The bidder shall have a relatively complete production line of crystalline silicon cells and modules, and the annual production capacity of crystalline silicon modules shall be 1000 MWp and above; Solar PV modules provided shall be certified for module performance and safety in accordance with IEC61215 and IEC61730. Solar PV module models shall be certified by TUV, VDE, CQC, CGC or equivalent third party. The delivery date of this
tender is from September 10 to November 30, 2023.
This tender does not accept consortium bidding, agent bidding, and bad records of delayed delivery due to bidders.
